Tomato Soup

Pressure cook together tomato, bottle gourd, moong dal and cinnamon in 2 cups of water for 15 mins on high to low heat. Remove from heat and allow the pressure cooker to cool naturally. Pass the cooked mixture through a soup strainer. Transfer to a pan and add water to make it four cups in volume. Mix corn flour in four tbsp of water and make a smooth paste. Heat the soup. Stir int he corn flour paste and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
