Cook potatoes and peas. Extract tamarind water from the tamarind and soak the poha in it. After 10 minutes add salt and turmeric powder and keep aside. Heat oil in a frying pan and add mustard and urad dal. When the mustard crackles add the chopped green chillies and the soaked poha and cooked potatoes(cut into pieces after peeling the outer skin) and peas. Add coriander leaves. Take these in small cups and then put them in the plate(to get the cup shape). Garnish with cashewnuts, carrots and coconut.
