Tasty Dal Kababs



Soak all dals for 3 hrs and make a coarse paste. Put methi leaves in a vessel and rub little salt and sugar till soft. Add to dal mixture. Now mix in other ingredients. Beat the mixture to make it light. Heat oil and deep fry kababs. Serve with coriander chutney.
