Tapioca Payasam

Fry the cashews and the raisins in about 2 tsp of ghee and keep aside. In the same pan, fry the vermicelli slightly for a couple of seconds. Also fry tapioca lightly. Boil 4 cups of water, add the tapioca and the vermicelli and allow it to cook. It will take approximately 15 minutes to cook. WHen done it becomes transparent. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the cardamom to it. Remove the pan fromn heat and add milk and ghee. Garnish with the raisins and the cashews.
