Apply butter to the toasted bread. Melt remaining butter in a vessel. Add spring onions and garlic. Saute for a minute. Add tomato ketchup, capsico sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Then add cooked macaroni and coriander leaves. Mix well and warm it. Take out over the salad leaves. Arrange thin slices of onion and red radish on the sides. Top with a small spring onion flower.
