Warm milk, cream and butter just sufficiently to melt the butter. Beat eggs into this mixture. Put the flour into a bowl, make a hole in the centre. Gradually sift in the egg mixture to make a perfectly smooth batter. Leave for 30 minutes.
Boil the potatoes, peel and mash thoroughly. Mix with the other ingredients to make a smooth mixture. To serve, in a shallow pan
make the pan cake the usual way. Spread the stuffing, fold and serve hot.
