Sprouted Masoor Curry

For Masala Paste:

Method:

Heat oil and saute masala paste, till oil separates. Add sprouted masoor, turmeric and salt to taste. Mix and saute for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and simmer till cooked. Stir occassionally. Serve hot, sprinkled with coriander leaves.
