Spring Onion Soup



Wash and cut the spring onions fine. Peel and mince the onion fine. Now heat up the butter in the cooker and fry the minced onion to a light brown. Then add the grated potato and spring onions and fry lightly. Then mix in the water, grated cheese, pepper powder and salt to taste. Pressure cook for 2-3 mins. Remove, cool and liquidise for a minute. Reheat and pour out into individual soup bowls. Put a dollop of cream on the top and serve garnished with tiny tomato bits and bits of spring onion leaves.
