Spinach Raita

Method:

Chop spinach as fine as possible. Heat a tsp of oil and fry by sprinkling little water. Cool and grind to smooth paste. Beat curds. Slice onion, garlic and green chillies. Heat ghee and fry garlic, green chillies and onion. Cool and add it to spinach paste with enough salt, sugar and beaten curd. Sprinkle little garam masala powder.
