Spanish Rice



Cook rice and when cool to seperate grains. Melt oil and butter in a vessel and add ginger, clove, cinnamon and cardamom. Saute for 1/2 minute. Add grated cheese, cooked vegetables, salt and pepper and tomato ketchup. Saute for a few minutes. Mix in the cooked rice. Take out rice in a serving plate. Make a depression in the middle. Mix spaghetti with white sauce and tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Fill this hot mixture in the middle of the rice. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
