2 cups rice
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp butter
1/4" ginger, minced
3 pieces each of clove, cinnamon and cardamom
1 cup potatoes, boiled and cubed
3 tbsp grated cheese
1 cup mixed vegetables - French beans and carrots, chopped and boiled
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 springs onions, chopped with green leaves
1 cup thin white white sauce - out of 1 1/2 tbsp butter 1 1/2 tbsp flour
and 1 cup milk
2 cup spaghetti, cooked
Salt to taste
Cook rice and when cool to seperate grains. Melt oil and butter in a vessel
and add ginger, clove, cinnamon and cardamom. Saute for 1/2 minute. Add
grated cheese, cooked vegetables, salt and pepper and tomato ketchup. Saute
for a few minutes. Mix in the cooked rice. Take out rice in a serving plate.
Make a depression in the middle. Mix spaghetti with white sauce and tomato
ketchup and salt to taste. Fill this hot mixture in the middle of the rice.
Garnish with chopped spring onions.
