Smooth Spinach Salad

Take oil in a vessel and heat it. Add onions and garlic. Saute for a few minutes till light oink in color. Add spinach and dill. Cook further for five to seven minutes. Drain if there is too much water and cool. Add curd lemon juice, salt and pepper powder and mix evenly. Take out in a serving bowl and sprinkle peanuts on top. Keep in fridge till serving time.
Serves 4-6.
