Melt the ghee in a non stick pan. Add rava and fry until golden brown. Keep aside. Mix the milk and condensed milk in a pan and set aside. Add the rava to the milk mixture and thenadd the cardamom powder. Stir well. Cook until dry and the ghee separates from the rava. Add raisins and stir well. Remove from heat and garnish with almonds. Serve either cold or hot.
