Savorit Vermicelli Biryani



Fry vermicelli and set aside. Fry vegetables, condiments and spices in ghee or vanaspathi for 5-7 minutes. Add water and milk, cook vegetables and vermicelli, salt and sugar and boil fora few minutes. Switch off the flame and add bread pieces mix thoroughly. Serve after adding a squeeze of lime with onion riata.
