Lady's Finger Chutney


For seasoning:


Wash the okra, wipe them dry and cut into small pieces. Heat a tsp of oil and saute okra. Leave it to cool.
Grind togeather green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, roasted sesame seeds, jeera and tamarind with jaggery, salt, asafoetida and turmeric. Now mix the fried okra and blend it in a mixer for a second, season chutney with broken redchillies and other seasoning. Serve hot.
