Ravai Kesari



Boil 1 cup water. Fry rava in 1 cup ghee till pink. Pour boiling water in to the rava, stirring continuously. When the rava is cooked well add sugar and stir well. When the rava leaves the sides, add saffron soaked in a tbsp of hot milk and kesari powder to the rava. Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add to the rava.
