Sooji 200 gms
Ghee 4 tbsp
Cashewnuts a few
Sugar 100 gms
Pine apple jam 3 tbsp
Raisins a few
Heat ghee and fry cahsewnuts till brown. Fry soji till pink. Add enough
boiling water to cook the sooji. Cover the pan and cook on a low heat.
Add sugar and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add jam and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with cashewnuts and raisins and serve hot.
