Potato Salad

Method:

Cook potatoes with salt. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. When cool, toss the potato cubes in mayonnaise til well mixed. Add onions parsley and seasoning. Mix well. Cool in the refrigerator. Spoon the mixture into a salad bowl. Garnish with capsicum and cucumber slices. Serve cold.
