Potota Bread Sandwich

Pressure cook potatoes. Peel and mash coarsely. Chop onions and chillies finely. Heat little oil and fry chillies, onions till crisp. Add powdered ingredients and then mashed potatoes. Stir well for few minutes. Remove from fire and mix coriander leaves. Fry bengal gram flour separately in little ghee till good smell comes. Mix with potatoes and apply little of this mixture to one side of buttered bread slice. Dust with fine bread crumbs. Press well with hands. Shallow fry on a hot tawa with enough oil on both sides till crisp. Serve with tomato ketchup.
