Peas And Mushroom Sukha



Cut the onion and tomato. Heat up the butter in a kadai and fry the sliced onion to a golden brown, Then add the ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and the finely sliced tomato. Keep frying till the raw smell disappears. Now add the curds, green peas and the sliced mushrooms. Add half cup of water and salt to taste. Pressure cook for two minutes only. Open the cooker and drain the water if any. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas or rice.
