Peas And Cauliflower Masala

Heat up the butter in the pressure cooker and fry the onion paste to a golden brown. Then add the tomato puree and stir for a while. Now mix in the ginger garlic paste and fry till you get an aroma. Stir in the chilli powder, garam masala powder and the turmeric powder. Then add the green peas and the cauliflower florets. Add just one cup of water and salt to taste. Pressure cook for one minute only. Open the cooker and pour out the peas mixture into a serving dish. Drizze the slightly whipped cream on the top and sprinkle the minced coriander over. Serve hot with parathas or naans.
