Parathas

Method:

Prepare the dough as for chapathis and let it stand for 30 minutes. Heat some ghee in a bowl. Make a small ball out of the dough. Roll it in , spread ghee/butter fat on top and fold it. Spread some more ghee and fold it over once more. Roll it out, it will be V-shapped. Heat the griddle adn put the paratha on it. Keep turning it over applying ghee till the parathas are golden brown. Serve hot with meat, vegetables and lentils.
