Fry green chillies and finely cut spinach in little oil till moisture dries up. Cool and then grind to smooth paste. Mix all the dry ingredients together with the flour in mixing bowl. Add the ground paste and blend well with flour. Sprinkle water and knead to a smooth dough. Roll out into small discs and deep fry till crisp and serve hot.
