Pajon With Chojung

Ingredients:

Method:

Cut spring onions, celery and carrot into thin long sticks. Prepare all the vegetables and mix them with soya sauce, sesame oil ginger, sesame seeds, black pepper powder, garlic paste and salt to taste. Keep aside to marinate for 1/2 an hour or until vegetables are tender. Take self raising flour and rice flour and mix with water to make a thick paste and keep aside. Pick u vegetables from the marinate and add to the flour paste and mix. Take oil in a skillet and pour a large spoon of the mixture. Spread to make a pancake. Cook on both the sides and make them with golden brown spots. Serve pajon with chojung.

Method:

Mix all ingredients to make the sauce. IF you find taste too sharp, dilute it with 1/4 cup water.
