Noodle Salad

Method:

Boil the noodles. Run them through cold water. Rub refined oil over them and keep aside. In a large bowl pour half the dressing. Add the cooled noodles, boiled peas, cauliflower, cabbage, chilli, chopped coriander leaves, carrots and capsicums. Mix gently. Pour the rest of the dressing on top and then mix well again. Serve cold. Makes an excellent accompaniment with a soup and is a complete meal by itself.
