Take the rice flour in a big mixing bowl, To that add the other ingredients channa dal powder salt, chilli powde,r dry coconut powder and 1 big tbs hot oil To that add coersely ground peanuts Mix well by adding little by little water Take little by little , pat them on a plastic sheet ,or with your hand & deep fry in oil you can keep them for about a month or so this can be prepared before hand too
