Mooli Stuffed Parathas

Rub some fat into flour add salt. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Divide into equal portions and form into balls. Roll out as for chappatis. Grate radish. Remove excess moisture if any. Season. Sprinkle seasoned radish on one round and cover with another. Press down the edges. Cook as you would in case of plain parathas.
