Missi Roti With Moong Sprouts

Ingredients :


Grind moong sprouts coarsely. Combine them with all ingredients except water or milk. Add water or milk carefully to make a fairly stiff dough. Cover and let it rest for 10-15 mins. Divide into 10 even sized balls. Roll out on a lightly floured board. Cook on a moderate hot griddle over medium heat. Cook till both sides are done and become crisp. Serve hot.
