Minty Kababs

Method:

Pressure cook whole potatoes and carrots. Peel and mash well. Steam sprouted green gram in cooker for 3 minutes. Heat oil and fry onions till crisp. Add cooked gram and fry till moisture gets absorbed. Stir in ground paste and fry till raw smell goes. Sprinkle bengal gram flour and stir for 2 minutes in reduced flame. Add mashed potatoes, carrots with salt, garam masala and fry for few minutes. Remove from fire and cool down. Add bread slices which is dipped in water and squeezed well. Mix in bread crumbs and shape into kababs. Bake in oven with skewers or deep fry in hot oil.
