Milk Khoa



Bring milk to a boil in a heavy bottomed sauce pan, reduce the heat to medium and keep stirring continuously for about 30 minutes. If you use a stainless steel sauce pan, you need not stay near and stir. When the milk is reduced to half the quantity, remove the sauce and stir till it thickens. The milk will be reduced to about 1/2 cup of khoa. Add the sugar and keep stirring for a few minutes and remove from heat. It will be of a soft consistency.
