Methi Masala

Ingredients:

dry roast and powder seperately

Method:

Mix fenugreek, mustard powder, chilli powder and salt in a deep pan. Mix well and make a deep hole in the centre. Heat oil separately. When it becomes smoking hot add asafoetida and quickly pour this oil in the hole and cover the pan. After 5 minutes remove the cover and mix well with a spoon. Cool and preserve in air tight jar.
