Shell the green peas, cook, drain and keep aside. Chop the coriander leaves and keep aside. Heat ghee in a frying pan and add cumin seeds, chilli powder, mava and curd. Fry on a slow fire until the ingredients turn brown, this should take about 15 minutes. Add peas, coriander powder and salt to taste and mix well. Also add crushed cardamoms, saffron, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.Mix well cover the pan, heat through, remove from fire and serve hot.
