For Filling:


Make a paste of channa dal, mushrooms, bread slices, ginger and chillies in a mixer. Use water as needed. Mix coriander leaves and rest of the spices. Divide into 15 parts. Prepare filling by mixing all the ingredients with the mashed potatoes. Divide into 15 parts. Make one portion of the covering flat and put filling in the middle. Cover and make a round. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve with pudina chutney.
