Manpasand Dal Salad

Method:

Soak both dals seperately for 2 hours and cook in salt water till tender and crisp. Drain water. Heat oil in a vessel and add green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for a minute. Add both cooked dals and mix. Remove from fire and cool for a few minutes. Mix other ingredients. Take out in a serving bowl. Decorate with cucumber slices and chilli.
Serves 6-8.
