Mangalore Bonda



Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Keep closed for atleast 5 to 6 hours. Add soda just before frying. Heat oil in a deep curved pan. By using wet hands make medium sized balls and put in the oil. Deep fry till golden brown and serve hot.

Note: Do not over fry the bondas which changes its taste. Use just required curds to hold the dough. Do not add water.
