Lemon Rice



Cook rice till each grain is separate. Allow it to cool completely. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds. When they turn brown add mustard. When it crackles add urad dal, curry leaves, channa dal, cashewnuts, red chillies and turmeric powder. Now add the cooked rice and mix them well. Add salt and lemon juice. Adjust the salt and lemon and serve hot.
