Kaeng Khio Wan Tao-hu


For The Green Spice Mixture:


Prepare a paste of all green spice ingredients. Take 1 cup of coconut milk in a kadai and heat it. Add green spice paste. Mix till the oil separates and floats on top. Add remaining coconut milk and boil. Add bean curd, potatoes, bamboo shoot, soya sauce, sugar, bundle of lemon grass, lemon leaves and salt to basil leaves. Remove the lemon grass bundle. Serve hot.
