Fry coriander seeds, jeera, fenugreek seeds, pepper, red chillies, urad dal, channa dal in little oil. Grind them along with coconut into a paste. Pressure cook the vegetables(except lady's finger) and tuar dal.
When done add tamarind and water solution to dal and vegetables and boil. Add the ground paste to this. After 5 minutes add rice flour and water solution to the sambar. Garnish with curry leaves.
