Japanese Black Noodles
Soya bean flour 1/2 kg
Egg yolk 1
Salt 1 tsp
Cold water for mixing the dough
Mix the flour, eggs, salt with enough cold water to make a thick paste.
Leave for 30 minutes. Roll out paper thin and fold into a roll about 14
inch long. Cut in 1/8 inch strip or slices. Throw into boiling water, boil
for 5 minutes. Drain and serve.
