Jack Fruit Kababs



Mash boiled jack fruit pieces to a pulp. Heat oil, saute onions and green chillies. Add all ingredients and mix well. Remove from heat and cool. Make lemon sized balls. Heat oil and deep fry to very light color. At time of serving, either deep fry to golden color or skewer and roast on coals to make crisp. Serve with slices of lemon and onion and tomato salad.
