Green Jade Curry


For Curry:


Heat oil and saute masala paste till oil separates. Mix rice flour with coconut milk and add to the sauted masala paste. Stir till it boils. Add vegetables and salt to taste. Mix and heat till the mixture starts boiling. Reduce heat and simmer till vegetables are cooked. Adjust water if needed. Serve the curry hot with rice or paratha.
