Green Gram Bhajia

Method:

Pick and wash gram. Soak in water for 5-6 hours. Grind coconut, coriander, green chillies, cumin and garlic. Mix with the gram. Add finely chopped onion, salt, soda bicarb, vinegar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, lime juice and a little oil. Mix well and keep aside for 1/2 hour. Heat oil for deep frying. Put in teaspoons of mixture and fry till golden brown.
