Drumstick Delite

Ingredients :


Soak the two dals for 2-3 hrs; drain and grind to a coarse paste along with the rest of the ingredients except the flowers without adding water. Add the chopped flowers and mix well. Heat oil. Take a small quantity of the mixture and flatten on the palm or a plastic sheet like vadas and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with mint chutney.
