Method:

Mix rice flour and milk in a vessel. Heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the vessel. Pour into a plate and when cool, shape into balls. Press each ball in the middle to get a depression. Heat ghee and deep fry doodhwada to golden brown.Take out a serving plate. Sprinklethe mixture of powdered sugar and cardamom. Servehot.
