Dehydrated Cluster Beans

Method:

Wash the vegetable well. Boil one litre of water in a saucepan and add the whole cluster beans and boil till tender(do not over cook). Drain in a colander to remove water. When cold, smear salt over the vegetable and spread it on a mat or plastic sheet and dry in the sun for three days. Store in tins. It can be used to make sambar.
