Deep Fried Lady's Finger

Method:

Trim edges from the tender lady's finger. Heat 2 cups of water with tamarind, salt and turmeric powder. Put lady's fingers in theat when it starts boiling. After 2 minutes drain water well and wipe lady's fingers with a towel. Mix mentioned ingredients for the batter with just enough water. Dip lady's fingers in the batter and roll on bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till crisp and brown. Serve hot.
