Dal Makani

Method:

Take urad dal with black coats 1 cup. Wash and add in the cooker with water. Cut 1/2 cup of garlic, ginger, onions in square. Add these to the cooker along with green chillies and salt. Keep the cooker in stove for 1/2 hour. Check occassionaly and can add 10-15 rajma. Take oil in a pan, cut tomatoes into small cubes and fry and crush red chillies, turmeric, kasoori methi leaves. Fry and add to dal in the cookery and add more water and cook it again for 10-15 minutes. Add butter after cooking.
