Dahi Baingan



Cut brinjal into thin long pieces. Mix turmeric and salt in brinjal. Fry the brinjal well. Mix sugar, salt, little water, deep fried brinjals to the curd. Heat oil and splutter mustard and add the seasonings. When they are ready add green chillies and ginger. Add this seasonings to the brinjal and curd mixture.
