Sandwich bread 6 slices
Grated carrot 2 tbsp
Grated cabbage 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
Tomato slices 6
Finely chopped green chillies 2
Finely chopped green coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Pepper powder and salt to taste
In a mixing bowl put in the grated carrot, cabbage, lemon juice, finely
chopped green chillies and salt to taste. Keep the bread slices on individual
serving plates. Pile a little carrot and cabbage mixture on top and spread
lightly. Place a tomato and cucumber slice on the top of each bread slices.
Sprinkle little pepper powder and salt on them. Then sprinkle the green
coriander leabes over and serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
