Creamy Corn Toast
Brown bread, toasted 1 slice
Butter 2 tsp
White sauce 1/2 cup (made from 3/4 tbsp butter, salt and pepper to taste,
1 tsp flour and 1/2 cup milk)
Corn, boiled, 1/2 cup
Green chili, finely chopped 1
Onion, chopped 1 tbsp
Celery, finely chopped, 1 tbsp
Green and red capsicum slices 1/2 cup
Apply butter to the toasted bread slice. Heat 1 tsp butter, add chilli,
onion and celery. Saute till soft. Add corn, white sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Put the mixture on two sides of the toast. Take 1 tsp butter
in vessel and melt it. Add capsicum pieces and saute. Mix salt and pepper.
Saute till slightly soft. Arrange in the middle of the toast.
