Coconut Rice

Method:

Cook rice till the grains are separated. Spread them in a plastic sheet and cool them. Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they splutter add the urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves and red chillies and fry them well. Now add the grated coconut or powdered coconut and fry them till light brown in color. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
